We will talk about the connection between two arts – one of the most ancient, which arose 3500 years ago, and one of the youngest, which arose 130 years ago. Where do they connect and where do they conflict? What do they take from each other? What does today’s aspiring artist need to know about the history of the interaction between these two worlds in order to be successful in both?
