Discover the stars of tomorrow\, today! \nParticipating programs: \n\nModern/contemporary dance program\nCommercial/jazz dance program\nMusical theatre program\nActing program\nProfessional dancer training\, years 1 and 2\nBA Prepare Advanced \n\nThe performances will be followed by a mingle and Q&A with the students.\nIntercult will lead the Q&A sessions on December 10 and 12\, where the discussion will focus on the themes of ‘Meeting the Audience’ and ‘Motivations\,’ explored through different forms of artistic expression and performance. \nDates and times: December 10-13 at 6:30 PM\nPrice: 160 SEK / 80 SEK for seniors\, students\, and children\nLocation: BA’s Stage Studio Four\, Birger Jarlsgatan 70\, Stockholm \nTickets are available via ticketmaster.se. DESCRIPTION:The dialogue between music and theatre has always been a transformative force in performing arts. Drawing from his experience\, Bursi delves into how sounds\, silences\, rhythms\, and melodies intertwine to create emotions and narratives. His research focuses on the conscious use of music as both a dramaturgical and pedagogical tool\, showcasing its potential to enhance the theatrical experience. \nThe event will include practical examples of musical composition for theatre\, featuring insights from productions such as Stelle Nere and The Winter’s Tale. Discover how music can be a creative language for actors and a powerful element that enriches the theatrical stage. \nInformation about the artist\, Riccardo Bursi\nRiccardo Bursi is an actor\, musician\, and composer. He trained at the A. Peri Conservatory in Reggio Emilia\, the DAMS program in Bologna\, and the Paolo Grassi Civic School of Theatre in Milan. He teaches acting and voice at the MaMiMò Theatre Center and composes music for theatre productions and commercials. His work focuses on the intersection of music and theatre\, both in performance and pedagogy.
