This is one of the statements made by researchers that opened up new perspectives and horizons for me\, new needs for exploration on a physical and mental level. Through a series of somatic awareness practices inspired by somatic practices and experiential anatomy\, we will gradually connect with our senses\, muscles\, bones and fluids and find ways to probe the psyche and body to create a new language of movement and facilitate self-discovery. Starting from images of human anatomy we will work to broaden our sphere of perception and explore the messages of our body. For me\, this space where I discover internal mechanisms that sometimes seem magical or even surprising has always been a source of revelation and a “home”. I’d like to share with you this feeling of living in your own body\, a feeling that seems to me one of the only accessible resources of grounding and\, why not\, joy\, in the hectic times we live in. \nWe invite you to let yourself be transformed together by the organic inner and outer landscape and to let movement be born from unexpected areas of our self. \n  \nBIO \nCristina Lilienfeld (www.cristinalilienfeld.ro) studied choreography and psychology\, constantly searching for the point where the two disciplines meet.
