Stories in Sound: My Theatre in Palm Experience

Hey! I’m Carlo, a music composition student from Sardinia, Italy. I’ve always been drawn to sound as a way to tell stories, whether through film music, electronic textures, or experimenting with my own voice. Beatbox is something I’ve carried with me for years, and it often finds its way into my work. I’m super grateful to ETFI for believing in me and helping me grow as an artist.

At the Theatre in Palm Road Show and Inedit Festival, I had the chance to perform “La pêche à la baleine” with Sonny. He gave life to a beautiful poem on stage, and I created the music live, building a world of sound around his words. It was an honest, emotional performance, simple but powerful, and one I’ll always carry with me.
It was a meaningful experience, and I’m really happy to have been part of it.
