SUMMARY:European Theatre Lab: How VR technology can meet the needs of the cultural sector and enhance the cultural experience
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Inspiration Lecture and workshop by Robin Jonsson! \nRobin Jonsson\, a choreographer and one of Sweden’s most innovative VR creators\, will discuss the opportunities\, limitations\, resource requirements\, and financing for artistic projects using new technology. Together with Robin\, we will discuss how new VR technology can meet the needs of the cultural sector and enhance the cultural experience. \nRobin Jonsson has extensive experience incorporating advanced digital technology into artistic processes. He has recently been involved in several performances\, such as “Alone together”\, performed at Dansens hus\, Slumberland\, and “Get Real”\, which was played at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern\, all with the participation of the audience. \n“Get Real\,” is based on a new form of virtual performing arts.
