No Filter. The Workshop is an interactive workshop that merges Jean-Paul Sartre’s No Exit with the Johari Window psychological model to explore identity, perception, and interpersonal dynamics. Participants will delve into intense group scenarios, analyzing the tensions between self and others in a metaphorical “no-exit” space. Through creative exercises and personal reflection, we will uncover what lies in the blind and unknown areas of our personalities. The goal is to understand how the absence of filters can be a source of conflict, but also of authenticity. You’ll leave with a clearer perspective on yourself and your relationships.
