Legacy and points of connection
The session starts with a process of guided meditation/reflection to reconnect to the individual core of each participant. Around the question of legacy, connection and how we can imagine be part of a future we dream of.
- As creative cultural professionals, as creative humans, what is the Legacy trace we wish to leave behind, in our organizations, communities, co creations?
- How does this reflect within our teams, and in the relationship with our audience?
- How to proceed in turbulent times of uncertainty, a programming deeply rooted in purpose and meaning, challenging the megatrends of our time.
- What does a programming that, when left, leaves a legacy of positive change, looks like for us, for our organizations / projects/ teams.
- We will also navigate around the questions of Why is connection important?
