Irina (Alexandra Mihaela Dancs) and Mircea (Vlad Benescu) meet and fall in love when neither has anything left to lose. Our characters have a typical one-night stand in an atypical night that feels like both dream and life and death, or something in between – a raw and melancholic vapor, a world in the making, with a different pace and time than our world.
And just because they are the first lovers of this other loop of reality, the performers who enact them have imagined a new way of being. Therefore, we invite you to join them in a performance of dancephonic-theatre in which movement, words and music merge in a rhythm and altogether give birth to a vibration, a hybrid sensitive language in itself.
The Night Shift will take you up, make your chest throb and give you the access code to a love story we can all relate to, but where nothing is what it seems.
